Including this agreement. 
Independent. 
Hotel War.ca and it’s users, buyers, sellers are all considered independent contractors. In signing this user agreement, these external parties are in fact  activating their membership and are not engaging in an act of partnership or agency, joint venture, employee and employer or franchiser and franchisee relationship.
Disputes. 
By using this website you approve that the internal laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, supersedes the principles of conflicts of laws, will govern this agreement and any dispute of any kind that arises between both parties and their affiliates. In signing, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this website may be resolved only through binding arbitration between you and us under the commercial rules guiding Quebec business entity’s.  This arbitration, which shall be conducted in Montreal, Quebec Canada.

Hotel War.ca does not guarantee the completion of any agreement set forth between the buyer and the seller. Hotel War.ca cannot ensure any part of any agreement set forth between buyers and sellers, or advertisers and buyers, including the ability to make payment or receive services.  
Identity Verification.
The company uses direct and indirect methods to validate and verify the information our users submit to our website. Due to the confidential nature of the site as well as the possibility of erroneous submissions, id theft, false representation or submitted information under false pretenses, Hotel War.ca does not claim to verify all of our users and members. Certain information, user information, pricing requests, service offers, may be typographical mistakes, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please apply common sense and be cautious while dealing with other users of our site. 
Due to the nature of Hotel War.ca. should a conflict arise regarding one or more users, you release Hotel War.ca and all employers, management, executive management, agents stock holders, partners, owners, board members from any liability resulting from such conflicts.
 
Terms of Use.
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH Hotel War.CA ENTERPRISES OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES. 
Welcome to the user agreement for Hotel War.ca Enterprises (Hotel War.ca) (Hotel War.CA) (Hotel War) This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.hotelwar.com, hotelwar.net, hotelwar.info, hotelwar.biz, hotelwar.org.  You must read, approve and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement before you may become a member of the website. 
Should Hotel War.ca falter technically, by common error, or by force major, Hotel War.ca can not be held responsible for any fallout or loss of revenue.  Such is also the result should any contact information be disclosed by way of technical or common error.

Hotel War.CA may amend this user agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the website. As such any changes shall be considered honored and live following one month’s time (31 days) from its date of posting.
This contract cannot be amended without the express written consent of Hotel War.ca. 
1. Membership Eligibility. 
Members must sign a user agreement. The user agreement must be considered active and not expired. Our services are available solely to, and may only be used by individuals who are recognized by law as being capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. 
Our website is not available to youth (persons under the age of 18) or to  Hotel War.ca members whom are suspended. Persons under the age of 18 cannot be members and are not eligible to use the services or facilities of Hotel War.ca.
With regard to those whom are registering with Hotel War.ca as a business, hotel, wholesaler, travel agency, tour operator, group coordinator, meeting planner, or other enterprise, you represent that you have the explicit authority to enter this agreement as binding the enterprise or corporation to this user agreement. Business entities using the services of Hotel War.ca such as to receive information requests, reservation requests, rate quotes, RFP’s or any other indirect contact are required to contact at least one vendor. Hotel War.ca reserves the right to revoke, suspend temporarily or indefinitely, the membership of its users. 
2. Fees and Services. 
Hotel War.ca does not accept commissions forth stemming from it’s leads in any way. Advertising listings for requests for pricing (RFP’s. AKA bidding requests) is a free service provided by Hotel War.ca.
Hotels (sellers) support our programs through use and through an annual membership fee of an amount set forth in the hotel agreement contract.  Hotel War.ca reserves the right to increase or decrease the membership fee as discussed in the hotel agreement contract.

3. Listing Members (buyer) (Client). 
Hotel War.ca operates a verification process. The buyer must proof read any and all membership forms and bidding forms prior to submission. These forms (AKA RFP’s) must be an accurate description of the request being sought. Should it be discovered that any of the contact information submitted to Hotel War.ca be invalid or incomplete, Hotel War.ca reserves the right to remove the listing immediately with no discourse. Hotel War.ca reserves the right to remove, alter, edit any and all listings and memberships without prejudice. 
When completing a membership form or RFP (bidding form) you must be of legal age, and hold authority to represent the buyer. 
Bids. You are not required to accept bids. However, the buyer must reply to at least one bid to ensure the validity with the perspective seller.
The ability to disclose your identification is a responsibility that is solely attached to the buyer.  However, should Hotel War.ca reveal any contact information be disclosed by way of technical or common error the buyer agrees to not pursue legal or compensatory damages in any way or form. The buyer acknowledges and accepts this risk.
The buyer is responsible for becoming and remaining in good standing with Hotel War.ca and it’s affiliates. Hotel War.ca actively encourages honesty and forwardness with regards to doing business. During the bidding process, Hotel War.ca wishes to request that the buyer initiate an active email correspondence or open dialogue with the bidders. Doing so often increases the chance that an agreement can be struck. Automatic compiling and submission of RFP’s by a third party software or bot will result in a permanent ban and may possibly lead to a legal dispute regarding any compensatory damages resulting from this misuse.

4.Privacy Policy
Hotel War.ca views the protection of our members and users identification and privacy is very important to our principles of fair play and good business. Hotel War.ca recognizes that the internet harbors many information predators and has protected itself accordingly.  Hotel War.ca does not intend to sell, advertise, or rent your personal information to third parties. www.Hotelwar.com runs from two very modern servers located in the United States of America. The limited members of Hotel War.ca staff whom are authorized to have direct access to user contact information and identification are few. Membership and user information is required for the day to day operation of Hotel War.ca. As a networking liaison for the tour and travel industry, we rely on the ability of the web to provide a safe and secure network for our business environment. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our membership services.

5.Warranty
Hotel War.ca and all employers, management, executive management, agents, stock holders, partners, owners, board members, sellers, buyers, and advertisers provide our program and website as is. Any and all agreements signed between Hotel War.ca and any other party, is without warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
